Buying and Selling at the same Time? I do it all the time.

I've said it before, and I'll continue saying it, Real Estate isn't rocket science, but it does require a high level of knowledge, experience and expertise. I my 21st year, I have developed a handful of "niches" one of which, I call the "Domino Deal". I cannot tell you how many times I run across someone concerned about selling their current home, having to double move (or find a place to rent) while they search for their next home (usually this is an in state move) city to city, in or out of a certain school district into the next or up-size/downsize move.

Now, putting these two deals together, is not easy, its taken me about a dozen or so of these to get it all dialed in a figured out. I have a method in which I handle these now and, knock on wood, they usually go off without a hitch.

The secret to selling then buying is simple, I have to get your current home on the market and SOLD, before we begin our quest to purchase. Deal is, once we are passed the inspection period on your sell, we begin. Now, there are a few components to this method, I obviously cannot share, as my competitors would read this and understand how I do what I do, and run with it on their own. So I'll leave a few "key points" to discuss when you call me about helping you buy and sell at the same time.

Here's a quick video, that sums up what I am talking about, so you'll have some basic understanding before we have our conversation and get you on your path to the next phase in your life. Remember, when you're ready to sell and buy, call the Real Estate Guy! 2 Decades now of helping buyers buy and sellers sell.

when it works it's great, but you have to be careful to be able to avoid a delay on the first deal from tanking the second.
